We can tailor the funeral of your loved one in accordance to your specific wishes. It allows unique elements and personal touches to create a meaningful and individual send off.

Here are some examples of the options available to you. If there is something that is not mentioned on this page please ask us for further information.

Vehicles

We have our own fleet of Mercedes hearses and limousines. A limousine can hold seven people offering our families comfort and dignity. You can choose any number of limousines and we can also source a variety of other vehicles. Here are some examples.

Routes to the place of worship, crematorium or cemetery

Sometimes we are asked to plan someone’s final journey to go past a previous address, place of work, public house or favourite spot. For example, going through Cannock Chase- We are happy to discuss this with you.

Coffins

There are a wide range of coffins and caskets available today to suit every kind of personal preference. From the traditional, to fully personalised and bespoke, we can assist you in finding something which reflects your loved one’s personal beliefs, values or even hobbies.

Orders of Service

An order of service booklet for a funeral provides details of the ceremony to enable mourners to follow and participate in the ceremony.

We can create a unique order of service personalising it with pictures, by design or images.

It normally includes a photograph on the front with details of the funeral date, time and location. On the back another photograph(s) can be added along with treasured memories. It is usually the place to mention charities for donations, express thanks to those in attendance and the specifics relating to the wake if there is one. Inside you can have as many pages as you wish but each page does increase the cost.

Music, Photographs and Webcasting

At the crematorium we can source most music and arrange for it to be played through a state of the art Obitus media system. Large screens are in the chapels to display photographs and videos. We will guide you through the various options. For people who cannot attend the service we can arrange a web cast for them to watch the service online live and for 28 days following the date of service.

Funeral Flowers

It is important to choose a floral tribute that reflects your loved one and the sentiments that you wish to reflect. Working with local established florists we can offer beautiful and affordable flowers that are tailored to your individual needs.

Pipers

We work with several pipers from the Midlands. Having a piper particularly seems fitting for a family with Scottish or Irish links.

Dove Release

Releasing doves is metaphoric for the flight of everlasting peace. Normally this takes place after the committal part of the ceremony.

Cremated Remains

We will bring your loved one’s cremated remains into our care. We will then wait to be contacted by you to either arrange for them to be interred or for you to collect them. If you collect them you can choose to have them in the container that the crematorium provided or pay for a scatter tube, urn or casket.

Memorials

For many, memorials are the visible link between their departed loved one and themselves. We offer a varied selection of Headstones suitable for cemeteries or churchyards. Find out more.
